“Powered by PSV” isn’t a licensing deal, and it isn’t a logo on a jersey. It’s PSV Eindhoven’s own technical director, on our fields every week, running sessions side by side with P2P’s coaches. Our players train under the same methodology PSV uses inside its academy in Eindhoven, not a simplified version, not a one-off clinic. The real thing, delivered in person, week after week.

Starting this September, PSV is sending their technical director to work on our fields full time. He’ll run sessions alongside our own coaches, every week, for the length of the season. It’s the first partnership of its kind in the Lower Mainland, no other academy here has this level of direct, in-person involvement from a European club. This isn’t a pilot or a trial. It’s the new standard for how our players train.

For players who stand out, the partnership opens a door that didn’t exist before: a track toward selection for PSV-affiliated camps and tours. Coaches who train our players every week are the same people who scout for those opportunities, so standout performances get noticed in real time, not through a tryout video sent cold to Europe.
