Marcel de Jong is a former Canadian international with over 55 caps and a career spanning MLS and top European leagues, but what drives him today is helping players reach their full potential.
Having developed through PSV Eindhoven and competed at the highest levels with clubs like Augsburg, Sporting Kansas City, Vancouver Whitecaps, and Pacific FC, Marcel understands exactly what it takes to succeed at the professional level. Now, he is fully invested in passing that knowledge on to the next generation.

Othmane Kabbadj
Othmane Kabbadj, known as Coach Otto, brings elite-level experience and a proven track record in player development. Originally from Casablanca, Morocco, he began his journey with Wydad Athletic Club before competing at a high level in France’s CFA2 league.
Now based in Canada, Othmane has spent years developing players within top environments, including the Vancouver Whitecaps Academy, FC Barcelona programs, Mountain United, and Fusion FC. His coaching focuses on improving decision-making, technical ability, and game intelligence, the key areas that separate good players from great ones.
As the founder of Field Art FC, he has helped develop players from grassroots to advanced levels. He holds a UEFA B License and is currently working toward his Concacaf A License, along with multiple specialized certifications in performance and video analysis.
